Danicole Ramos
Board Member
Danicole is from Waialua and is a 2012 graduate of Kalani High School. He currently provides legal services to underserved immigrant communities as the Associate Director and Staff Attorney at UH Manoa's Refugee & Immigration Law Clinic. His policy interests include increasing affordable and workforce housing and expanding transit-oriented communities. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing and watching sports.

Ho‘āno A‘u
Board Member
Hoʻāno Au grew up on Oahu and is a graduate of Kamehameha Schools Kapālama. He previously worked as the General Manager for a locally owned environmental consulting firm. He currently works as an Assistant Project Manager at Bergeman Group. Outside of work, he volunteers his time to support local initiatives aimed at preserving Hawaii's unique ecosystems. He also enjoys surfing, coaching water polo, and spending time with his wife and dog.
Nalani Sachiko Kaku
Board Member
Nalani was raised in Mililani and Wahiawa. She's a Kamehameha Schools alumna with over a decade in operations and workforce development at UH, Kupu, and Mana Up. She's currently the director of Hawaii Technology Pathways at Recurring Decimal, connecting kamaʻāina tech professionals — from the mainland and locally based — with Hawaii employers. Outside of work, she tends her dryland kalo garden and hikes.
Dustin Carr
Board Member
Dustin Carr was raised in East Honolulu, attending Iolani School and UCLA. He currently leads the finance, sales, and marketing for Kahuina, Stanford Carr Development’s newest residential community in Kakaako. He also actively supports the development of the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District. Outside of work, Dustin enjoys golfing, pickleball, and basketball.
Davin Aoyagi
Board Member
Davin Aoyagi is a government relations professional with extensive experience in public policy, political communications, and community advocacy. Previously, Davin worked for the Honolulu City Council and the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network. He has also served on nonprofit boards and public commissions. He holds an MBA from Boston University, Questrom School of Business and a BA in Political Science, History and Sociology from UH Manoa.
